Online registration is open and will close on Friday July 28 at 8:00 PM.
All finishers receive CRRC hand towels!
Race day registration and bib pickup will begin at 7:30 AM at the Shippensburg Fairgrounds, 10131 Possum Hollow Rd, Shippensburg, PA. Registration closes 15 minutes before the event starts, please be considerate of others and register on time.

Awards -All New Categories This Year!
Top 3 Overall get medals. This is for male or female combined. So if a female finishes 3rd, she gets the 3rd Overall medal but is ineligible for the female awards.
Top 3 Females get medals. No female double dipping from Overall.
Top 50 Age Graded finishers receive medals. After the top 3 Overall and top 3 Females are awarded, ALL other runners, male and female, are ranked by age and gender grade. If your grade is 65%, you ran 65% as fast as the best in the world at your age and gender.
90+% = World Class
80+% = National Class
70+% = Regional Class
60+% = Local Class
This allows every runner to compete against each other. So a 13 year old girl can compare her grade to the overall winner and to her 40 year old dad. No need for masters categories or age groups.

Nearly flat, out and back on Possum Hollow Road, run or walk.
Good course for walkers! Walkers must walk, not run.

Timing for this race will be provided by Timber Hill Timing.
Everyone will start together with a gun/whistle/siren/"GO".
The finish will be chip timed. Your time and place will be taken automatically from your timing chip.
Your finish time will be calculated from the starting gun and your chip finish time to give your gun time.
All awards will be determined by gun time meaning the first person across the finish line is the winner.
